I have been wearing the blue light blocking glasses for a few weeks now. I put them on every evening for a few hours before I go to bed. Before the glasses, my sleep had been interrupted throughout and I often felt as if I wasn’t entering a deep state. As a website designer with clients from around the world, I tend to work late into the evenings. The weird hours in front of the screen were affecting my sleep quality, and often diminishing my productivity & mood during the day. Over the last year, I'd made a habit of setting coloured filters on all of my devices, to some success, however, I decided to up my efforts by purchasing a pair of the blue-light blocking glasses. Long story short; the glasses are amazing! Not only do they clearly block out all of the harmful blue-light, but they're also so much easier than having to constantly change all of my device filters (off & on) all the time. My bedtime varies as I'm not the most consistent person with my routines. Whether it is a couple of hours before bed or even if I put them on just to read my kindle shortly before bed, I feel the effects in a matter of minutes. When on the off chance I do not sleep at home and have not got a pair with me, I really do notice the difference on how quickly I can settle and even how my quality of sleep is reduced. I really understand the importance of sleep and since discovering this extremely simple and cost-effective sleep hack I always try to have a pair with me to help improve my sleep. In my eyes, this is the first port of call for anyone that finds it difficult settling down in the evenings and especially in our modern environment which is filled with artificial lights right up until the moment 90% of us jump into bed. For a night or so, admittedly I found it strange adjusting to the new tone that the lens gives off but now I find it strange and too intense when I'm without. If you are a tv person in the evening it may take a little getting used to but I think unless you are watching a nature program where you want to see full colour it's an easy comprise for a much better nights sleep. Best sleep hack on the market.

We have started using these blue light blocking glasses for our son and the difference in his bedtime routine is outstanding! He has very little screen time ordinarily but it was usually in the evenings as he was relaxing before bed. We noticed he was becoming very unsettled at bedtime. In our minds, he did not have a lot of screen time so we did not initially piece this together until lockdown when his increase of screen time was quadrupled to complete school work on a computer. We introduced the glasses which we have been using for screen time and anytime he watches tv after 6 PM. He becomes tired far more naturally now and I cannot believe how much more settled he is. I would really recommend their use. I will be purchasing these for other family members in the near future.

These saved me during lockdown. I purchased a pair of these blue light blocking glasses right before lockdown and boy I am glad I did. As a family we spend very little time in front of screens for usual entertainment but we do spend extended periods of time in front of screens homeschooling and during the time we spent in doors on rainy days, I immediately felt the benefits of wearing them at night.
