Fall asleep faster. Sleep deeper. Wake up refreshed. Conquer the day.

Research tells us that exposure to artificial blue light at night reduces the production of our nighttime sleep hormone melatonin, thereby damaging every aspect of our lives including our sleep, mood, motivation, physical, mental and even sexual performance.

Despite this knowledge, 90% of us admit to staring at our screen devices in the hours before bed. All devices including phones, TVs, laptops, tablets computers and other forms LED lighting give off blue light which can leave you tossing and turning at night and cause you to feel unrested when you wake up the next day.

While it's recommended to turn off all technology two hours before bed, we don’t expect that 90% of us will be able to change this habit overnight.

If you want to live in good health, you must protect your brain’s ability to produce melatonin at all costs. Any exposure to blue light frequencies at night (the main components of modern technology screens and LED light bulbs) prevents your brain from calming down, producing melatonin and getting a good night’s sleep.

Our blue light blocking glasses are scientifically proven to protect you against nighttime screen use by blocking harmful blue light frequencies, thereby allowing you to rest, recover and function at your best.

Our nighttime lenses eliminate all blue light to help maximise your brain's melatonin production, improving your sleep quality, energy levels, and overall health. They are the perfect safety net to you help cut out these damaging types of light when using modern technology at night.

Wearing a pair of our night lenses will help you to:

  • Fall asleep quicker
  • Sleep deeper
  • Wake up feeling more refreshed

How to Use Our Night Lenses

For best results when using our nighttime lenses, wear them consistently from sunset or a few hours before bed until you go to sleep. If you need to get up during the night and turn any lights on, be sure to wear your glasses then too, as even brief exposure to artificial light throughout the night will disrupt your internal body clock and undo your efforts to sleep better.

You should not wear your nighttime lenses during the daytime or when outdoors - this is when your brain requires exposure to natural blue light from the sun. If you want to protect your eyes against exposure to artificial light during the day you can use our Transparent Frame Daytime Blue Light Blocking Glasses.
