    Shipping Information: 

    The time frame for delivery of your order is divided into two parts:

    Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfilment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfilment centre to their destination. Delivery to the United Kingdom and Channel Islands usually takes between 2–7 business days. Delivery to Europe, USA and Asia can take between 5-14 days. 


    Our returns policy lasts for 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Customers are required to pay for return shipping costs.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.

    In some situations, returns may be processed outside of the 21 day policy (this will be judged on a case by case basis).
